Sharpe Mixers will be exhibiting at the TAPPI PEERS and Bioenergy Exhibit in Tacoma, September 14th thru 17th.

What is PEERS?  As an acronym for Pulping, Engineering, Environmental, Recycling, Sustainability, PEERS represents the most dynamic, forward-leaning topics in the forest products arena today. PEERS offers an expert-led program that has been proven to provide real-world results in each of these critical areas of the mill.

Throughout the program, leading-edge technical knowledge is presented alongside opportunities for face-to-face access with industry experts, peers and colleagues. Attendees are active participants and contributors to Q&A sessions, “Ask the Experts” discussions, Roundtable forums, “What’s New” exhibits, topic-specific panels, and informal networking opportunities. And, like all TAPPI events, the PEERS conference provides all of this in a relaxed, professional environment.

Sharpe Mixers has been exhibiting at this event for over 10 years.

It is one of the biggest ISPE Product Shows in the country.

Since the show moved to Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots, it has grown even more.

There are more vendors and more attendees than any other event of its kind.

Sharpe Mixers exhibited at this event along with our local sales representatives, Perrigo Inc.
This year we saw a lot of attendees from Biogen IDEC, Abbott Bioresearch, Shire Corp, Amgen,DPS Biometics, Lonza Biologics, Organogenesis, Pfizer, Siemens, Xcellerex and from Genzyme.

The usual cast of consulting engineers and systems suppliers were in attendance as well.
Sharpe Mixers observed a lot of interest in our all stainless steel portable mixers and the PB-Series of small biopharm mixers. Our line of lift stands was also drawing a lot of attention.

Sharpe Mixers exhibited at this ISPE chapter event along with Scott Process Equipment, our area sales representative.

This is the first year the exhibit has taken place at Met-Life Stadium, home of the Jets and Giants NFL football teams. The ISPE New Jersey chapter has taken the cue from the Boston and Delaware Valley Chapters, who have their shows at Gillette Stadium and Citizens Bank Park, respectively.

The move to Met Life stadium has definitely made this a better event for attendees and exhibitors.


There was very good attendance from a wide range of customers across the tri-state area.

We were able to visit with quite a few of our customers who stopped by to say hello. We also spoke with many new people that are interested in our products and services.

* The 20th Annual Product Show and Educational Sessions are FREE to attend. If you would like to register to attend the 11:00 am lunch the cost is $45 per person. You must pre-purchase this ticket; tickets will NOT be sold onsite. You may also purchase a Patriot Hall tour ticket for $20. These must also be pre-purchased and will NOT be sold onsite. Tour times are before and after the Keynote Address. Tour are at 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. You will be assigned to one of these tour times.
