Introducing the Sharpe Mixers Quick N program.  We now stock parts on the shelf for 2 hp or 3 hp N-Series plate mounted mixers!  These include 2.38" dia. x 20' long shafts, which can be cut to length, and both 40" and 46" split-hub HYF-218 impellers.

These mixers can work in 5,000 and up to 20,000 gallon mixer applications (process dependent).

Best of all?  These mixers can be shipped from our facility in as little as 2-3 weeks.

Sharpe SSLM Series Bench Top Lab Scale Mixer

The Sharpe SSLM Series Bench Top Lab Scale Mixer features a stainless steel 1/2 HP lube-free air motor that operates at speeds to 2000 RPM and can accommodate vessels up to 18-inch diameter.

Providing a 25-inch L shaft, this mixer can be equipped with various types of stirrers including shear disks and radial and axial flow type impellers to meet customer requirements. Safe to use with solvents and flammable materials, the Sharpe SSLM Series Bench Top Lab Scale Mixer has a stainless steel base with a 30-inch-tall support rod and an adjustable support arm. It is typically supplied standard  with a removable 4-inch HYF218 impeller.

V-Series Mixers for Asphalt Agitation

Sharpe V-Series Side Entry Mixers for asphalt service are engineered for dependability with steel housing, rigid motor mounts, oversize shafting, piloted dual-tapered roller bearings, and belt drives with "QD" style bushings. Featuring high-efficiency HYFLO 4-blade impellers and seals that are configured to match user requirements, most mixer wearing parts are available from local supply houses to minimize maintenance downtime.

Designed with large, open access areas for easy servicing, the Sharpe V-Series Side Entry Mixers for asphalt service have all grease fittings and lube ports accessible from one location and all seal parts, shaft bearings and belt drive components are replaceable without removing the mixer or draining the tank. Sizes range from 1.5 to 300 HP motors, 1.5" to 6" dia. shafts, and 12" to 48" dia. impellers providing maximum flow per unit horsepower.
